The Grace Lutheran Church Building Committee had developed a design with an independent architect that had grown beyond their budget expectations.  Professional Design & Construction was engaged to redesign the project to allow it to achieve a budget closer to the intended goal.  This design and construction included major renovations to an existing three-story structure to satisfy current building codes and accessibility standards and serve as a Christian daycare and other assorted church functions.
