Ark Animal Hospital

The client engaged Professional Design & Construction to evaluate, design, and renovate a 4,000 square foot space to expand their existing veterinary hospital. The primary goal was to add several exam rooms while focusing heavily on an enhanced treatment area for inpatient services. This updated area now features two operatories, a surgical prep space, and treatment tables. Additionally, the client requested a dedicated surgical suite equipped with two wet tables. To accommodate this extensive program within a tight footprint, we designed a multi-functional open area with interior windows for continuous observation and sound control. Finally, the project included a new grooming suite with its own dedicated entrance.
