Professional Design & Construction (PDC) partnered with Dr. Scandon to launch her start-up general practice veterinary center. PDC developed a master layout plan for an initial 1,500-square-foot lease space. This plan included provisions for future expansion into adjacent spaces on either side. During the first phase, PDC designed enough exam rooms and inpatient treatment areas to support the new practice. The layout allows for the future construction of additional exam rooms and business offices with minimal interruptions. This strategic approach ensures Dr. Scandon can remain fully operational during any future expansion.
