Rossmoyne Animal Emergency Trauma Center, a referral-based client, sought assistance from Professional Design & Construction (PDC) to determine the feasibility of expanding the existing emergency and referral practice to allow for additional specialty services, including accommodations for advanced imaging equipment, additional surgery suites, specialty doctors and a larger, more open critical care area.  PDC designed a floor plan that proposed to increase their existing leased operating space of 3,000 square feet to the full lease capacity of almost 10,000 square feet.  As a critical aspect to the project, PDC phased construction activities to allow the ongoing operation of the emergency and referral center and minimize any interruptions to services.
