Main Street Animal Hospital
South Main Street, Doylestown, PA
After leasing for years, the client decided to build a custom facility. The project goal was to maximize the building footprint on a restrictive, unusually shaped lot. Since the site sits near a busy main street, we positioned the entrance toward the rear. This orientation allows clients and pets to avoid traffic while accessing the parking area. Our design created two “fronts” to meet the borough’s architectural requirements. We achieved a two-story footprint of roughly 5,800 square feet. The layout includes four exam rooms centered around a vaulted, light-filled reception area. A large open treatment room sits adjacent to the surgical suite and hospital wards. By using natural materials and subtle colors, we created a comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
