Neffsville Veterinary Clinic

PDC conducted a building use analysis and feasibility study for the existing clinic. This study helped us design a state-of-the-art facility. The project added 11,900 square feet while enhancing patient care and staff workflow. Our phasing plan allowed the clinic to remain fully operational during construction. We replaced the conventional “clinical” look with inviting materials, colors, and furnishings. The waiting area features a “living room” setting that carries into the exam rooms. We added a dedicated comfort room for sensitive client concerns. The new facility also includes a dental suite and an intensive care center. Finally, we built a pet resort with canine and feline condominiums and exercise areas.
