Phase II design and construction of the Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center involved creating a new, larger reception area and expanded exam rooms to accommodate both emergency and specialty patients.  Professional Design & Construction also created a new 5 OR surgical suite with a surgical prep/treatment space, as well as a CT scan room.
