Ranck Mill Road Real Estate, LLC. (RMRRE) acquired the 87,000 square foot building with the intentions of renovating it for the existing tenants and constructing a new 14,000 square foot addition for a new tenant.  Professional Design & Construction, LLC worked closely with the new tenant, a long-time staple in Lancaster, and RMRRE to design and construct a facility that both met their daily needs and budget goals.  The finished tenant space includes a warehouse with 28-foot clear height, racking, front counter area for subcontractors, office space for inside sales, and a showroom.  The renovations to the existing building included:  replacing roofing and insulation, painting the exterior of building, new entrances with canopies for tenants, repaving and line striping parking lots, and replacing HVAC systems.
