Professional Design & Construction constructed the original 20,880 square foot (SF) building footprint in 2001. With the steady growth of this client’s business, we were again engaged in 2006 to create a metal building expansion of 11,521 SF to satisfy their spatial necessities.  The mechanical systems were also redesigned and expanded to provide more energy efficiency throughout the building.
