Professional Design & Construction, LLC was selected to provide single source service planning, design and construction services for Eisenhauer’s new 28,000 square foot state-of-the-art showroom and service facility.  Environmentally friendly, sustainable design concepts included the use of waste oil as fuel for the facility’s radiant heating system, thus eliminating the need to purchase thousands of gallons of fuel annually.  Energy efficient lighting fixtures additionally help reduce the building’s carbon footprint and protect the environment.  The enclosed 6 car service area provides for customer care and protection from the weather while leading to dedicated service advisor stations to efficiently address customer concerns and needs.  Service work is performed at the 17-bay service shop which was designed to accommodate large pick-up trucks, sports utility and commercial vehicles.
