Berks Animal Emergency Center

Berks Animal Emergency Center hired Professional Design & Construction (PDC) to complete a feasibility study. We evaluated three existing building locations. Our team identified which site would best suit the owner regarding location, functionality, and budget. We developed floor plans that allow the center to operate in one area while leasing adjacent spaces. PDC assisted the client through each step of the project. This included zoning approvals and correcting building deficiencies. We also managed the floor plan layout, equipment selection, and odor control through final construction.
