The client wanted to expand her practice to create a more spacious and inviting reception area. She also sought to add two exam rooms, a boarding area, and improved internal flow. This project involved a 3,000-square-foot addition while updating the exterior to enhance its presentation. Professional Design & Construction analyzed the existing parking and circulation. This study helped us identify and improve crucial bottleneck areas. Since the client enjoyed outdoor spaces, we designed a reception area that feels like a village courtyard. Each exam room looks like a small house facing this central space. We hand-painted the vaulted ceiling a light sky blue. Finally, we added skylights to enhance the outdoor feeling for patients and their owners.
