  • VCDPA refers to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.

Tokens are issued to authorized stakeholders only and are subject to expiration or revocation once the relevant project phase is complete.

Intellectual Property and “Work Product” Security

While You have certain Data Privacy Rights, those rights do not extend to the ownership of the Company’s intellectual property. Deletion requests do not apply to architectural records, blueprints, or site plans which the Company is legally or contractually required to maintain for project safety, building code compliance, and professional auditing.
